MANZANILLA, IN CAPITAL LETTERS
Very dry and very floral. Aged under a veil of flor in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in a humid microclimate under the influence of the sea breeze from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, which marks its extremely dry, light and sharp character. A unique manzanilla within the framework of Jerez that year after year has been deserving of the greatest recognition in the most prestigious international wine competitions.
The origin of the name Papirusa is Argentine and means “beautiful and elegant”, and it was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave to the daughter of the manager of Bodegas Lustau in the 40s.
